How to Skip the Pop-up Notification (iPhones Only)

By default, iPhones show a notification when you tap an NFC product. You can set up your iPhone to open playlists directly without this pop-up using Apple's Shortcuts app.

What You'll Need

  • Your iPhone
  • Apple's Shortcuts app (free on App Store)
  • Your product

Note: This is Apple's official app. This setting only works on the specific iPhone where you set it up.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Download the Shortcuts app from the App Store (if not already installed)
  2. Open Shortcuts and tap the Automation tab at the bottom
  3. Tap the + button in the top right
  4. Scroll down and tap NFC
  5. Tap Scan and hold your product near your phone
  6. Select Run Immediately (very important!)
  7. Hit Next and select New Blank Automation
  8. Search Open URLs
  9. Enter your playlist link in the URL field
  10. Tap Done
