ORDER PROCESSING:
All of Gift a Playlist's products are custom made to the individual ordering and must of our products are hand assembled in the United States. With this in mind, please allow 2 days (excluding Sunday's) to process your order. This processing time is built into the expected shipping times shown during checkout. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING RATES:

Most of our products offer free shipping. There are three exceptions to this:

1. A faster shipping time is selected

Our free shipping option uses USPS Ground Advantage and ships in 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping can be chosen to reduce the shipping time to 3-4 business days.

2. International shipping is selected

International shipping is a calculated cost at checkout. You are charged exactly how much the shipping label will cost.

3. The total weight of your order exceeds 1lb

Due to increased shipping costs on our end, packages exceeding 1lb will be charged a small fee.
